Reference: https://docs.monite.com/api/entity-bank-accounts/post-bank-accounts-id-make-default ## Authentication - `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer `, where token is your auth token. ## Servers - `https://api.sandbox.monite.com/v1` (sandbox, default) - `https://api.monite.com/v1` (eu_production) - `https://us.api.monite.com/v1` (na_production) ## Request ### Path parameters - `bank_account_id` (string, required) ### Headers - `x-monite-version` (string, required) - `x-monite-entity-id` (string, required) — The ID of the entity that owns the requested resource. ## Response ### 200 Successful Response - `id` (string, required) — Unique ID of the bank account. - `open_banking_verification_status` (enum, required) — Open banking verification status - Allowed values: `not_verified`, `verified`, `failed`, `expired`, `pending`, `not_applicable` - `account_holder_name` (string, optional) — The name of the person or business that owns this bank account. Required in the following cases: * the account currency is GBP or USD, * the account currency is EUR and the entity wishes to receive SEPA Credit transfers to this account. - `account_number` (string, optional) — The bank account number. Required if the account currency is GBP or USD. UK account numbers typically contain 8 digits. US bank account numbers contain 9 to 12 digits. - `account_number_last4` (string, optional) — The last 4 digits of bank account number. Required if the account currency is GBP or USD and there is no information about the full account number. - `bank_name` (string, optional) — The bank name. - `bic` (string, optional) — The SWIFT/BIC code of the bank. Can be either 8 or 11 characters long. Monite verifies the BIC length, country code, and whether the structure conforms to ISO 9362. Required if the account currency is EUR. Monite verifies the IBAN length, checksum digits, and country-specific format according to ISO 13616. - `is_default_for_currency` (boolean, optional, default: false) — Indicates whether this bank account is the default one for its currency. - `open_banking_verification_error` (string, optional) — Last verification error message - `routing_number` (string, optional) — The bank's routing transit number (RTN) or branch code. Required if the account currency is USD. US routing numbers consist of 9 digits. - `sort_code` (string, optional) — The bank's sort code.
