# Get VAT rates

GET https://api.sandbox.monite.com/v1/vat_rates

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

### VatRateResponse

- `id` (string, required) — Unique identifier of the vat rate object.
- `created_at` (datetime, required) — Date/time when this rate was recorded in the table.
- `updated_at` (datetime, required) — Date/time when this rate was updated in the table.
- `country` (enum, required) — Two-letter ISO country code ([ISO 3166-1 alpha-2](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2)).

- `value` (integer, required) — Percent minor units. Example: 12.5% is 1250.
- `components` (list of VatRateComponent, optional) — Sub-taxes included in the VAT.
- `status` (enum, optional) — Status for this vat rate: active | inactive.
  - Allowed values: `active`, `inactive`
- `valid_from` (string, optional) — Date starting from when this rate can be used.
- `valid_until` (string, optional) — Date when this rate was depreciated, after this date rate cannot be used.
- `created_by` (enum, optional, deprecated) — By whom this rate was recorded: monite employee | accounting system.
  - Allowed values: `monite`, `accounting`
